The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a private gated community of 12 homes adjoining the Ima Hogg Bird Sanctuary. It is situated in a secluded nook of the Memorial Park Neighborhood. The custom homes in The Sanctuary are on lots ranging in size from approximately 5,500 SF to 30,000 SF. They were built by some of Houston’s finest builders including Allan Edwards and Christopher Sims. Several of the homes share a property line with the Ima Hogg Bird Sanctuary and have incredible ground level views directly into the Ima Hogg Bird Sanctuary.
